African military leaders talk to US Africa Command

17 African nations have talked to US Africa Command to share ideas and experiences and develop the NCO's (Non-Commissioned Officers's) of their countries.


Wearing the uniform of their countries and speaking though interpreters  Liberia, Rawanda, Botswana, Kenya, Gabon, and Senegal to name a few shared experience and advice for other said  U.S. Air Force Command Chief Master Sgt. Jack Johnson, Africom's senior enlisted leader, who led the group. This comes at a time when their is increasing unrest in the African and Arab world's

First sighting of enhanced Azeri armour

The first indigenously upgraded BTR-70M wheeled armoured personnel carriers were displayed in Azerbaijan in March. The vehicles were modernised at Jihazgayirma Instrument Construction Plant in Baku in co-operation with overseas partners.

Slovenia no longer seeks to annul Patria/Rotis AFV contract

BAE systems has just won a $62 million dollar contract
